BOSTON CBP has noted the following:
 
Crew changes are being permitted.  Offsigner flights need to be vetted by CBP in advance.
 
Shore leave is permitted.
 
Cape Cod Canal Update:
 
Atlas Painting and Sheeting Corp. will be conducting bridge sandblasting and painting operations on the Buzzards BayRailroad Bridge over the Cape Cod Canal beginning 9 March 2026 through 31 December 2026. Scaffolding will reduce the vertical clearance from 135 feet to 130 feet MHW.

High pres over Quebec will result in gusty NE winds across the
waters today. This high then shifts east followed by a couple waves
of low pres tracking across Quebec Fri into the weekend...which may
result in winds turning to the SW at times.
 
 
Coastal waters east of Ipswich Bay and the Stellwagen Bank National Marine Sanctuary:

THROUGH SATURDAY MORNING...
 
.TODAY...SE winds around 10 kt, becoming S with gusts up to 25 kt
this afternoon. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Wave Detail: SE 4 ft at 7 seconds
and S 2 ft at 3 seconds. Patchy fog. A chance of showers and
freezing rain this morning. Vsby 1 NM or less.
.TONIGHT...SW winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt. Seas 3 to
5 ft. Wave Detail: SW 4 ft at 4 seconds and SE 4 ft at 7 seconds.
Patchy fog. Vsby 1 NM or less.
.SAT...NW winds 10 to 15 kt, becoming NE 15 to 20 kt in the
afternoon. Seas 2 to 4 ft. Wave Detail: NE 4 ft at 6 seconds and
W 3 ft at 4 seconds. Patchy fog in the morning with vsby 1 NM or
less.
.SAT NIGHT...SE winds around 15 kt with gusts up to 25 kt. Seas
3 to 5 ft. Wave Detail: E 5 ft at 7 seconds and SE 1 foot at
8 seconds. A chance of showers in the evening, then showers
likely after midnight.
.SUN...S winds 15 to 20 kt, becoming SW 20 to 25 kt in the
afternoon. Gusts up to 30 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft. Wave Detail: S 6 ft
at 6 seconds. Showers.
.SUN NIGHT...W winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt. Seas
4 to 6 ft, subsiding to 3 to 4 ft after midnight. Wave Detail: S
4 ft at 6 seconds and E 3 ft at 8 seconds, becoming W 3 ft at
4 seconds and SE 3 ft at 8 seconds. Showers in the evening.
.MON AND MON NIGHT...W winds 15 to 20 kt, diminishing to 10 to
15 kt. Gusts up to 25 kt. Seas 2 to 4 ft.
.TUE...W winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 to 3 ft. A chance of snow and
rain showers.
.TUE NIGHT...NW winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt. Seas
2 to 4 ft.
 
Seas are reported as significant wave height, which is the
average of the highest third of the waves. Individual wave
heights may be more than twice the significant wave height.
