BOSTON CBP has noted the following:
 
Crew changes are being permitted.  Offsigner flights need to be vetted by CBP in advance.
 
Shore leave is permitted.
 
Cape Cod Canal Update:
 
Atlas Painting and Sheeting Corp. will be conducting bridge sandblasting and painting operations on the Buzzards BayRailroad Bridge over the Cape Cod Canal beginning 9 March 2026 through 31 December 2026. Scaffolding will reduce the vertical clearance from 135 feet to 130 feet MHW.

Increasing W flow brings SCA conditions today. Colder but drier WNW
flow follows for Mon. NW flow weakens Tues and Wed as high pressure
builds overhead. Another approaching area of low pressure brings
elevated winds and seas Thurs and Fri.
 
 
Coastal waters east of Ipswich Bay and the Stellwagen Bank National Marine Sanctuary:

.TODAY...W winds 15 to 20 kt, diminishing to 10 to 15 kt this
afternoon. Gusts up to 25 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. Wave Detail: W 4 ft
at 4 seconds and SE 3 ft at 8 seconds.
.TONIGHT...NW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 to 3 ft. Wave Detail: W
2 ft at 4 seconds and SE 2 ft at 8 seconds.
.TUE...SW winds around 10 kt, becoming W with gusts up to 20 kt
in the afternoon. Seas 2 to 3 ft. Wave Detail: W 2 ft at
3 seconds and SE 2 ft at 8 seconds. Showers likely in the
morning, then a chance of rain and snow showers in the afternoon.
.TUE NIGHT...NW winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt. Seas

8 seconds. A chance of snow showers in the evening.
