96 Hours - advance notice of arrival required by USCG
48 Hours - advance receipt of crew list by Immigration for any vessel arriving from a foreign port, or arriving coast wise with detained crew.
24 Hours (minimum) - Foreign cargo must have manifest submitted to Customs & Border Patrol AMS. Bond must be filed for Foreign flag vessels or U.S. flag arriving with foreign cargo aboard. 24 Hours - advance notice to Pilots
24 Hours - advance fax of crew list and approved visitors required by Terminal.
72 Hours - post port call, the Port Authority requires bill of lading figures for all bulk cargo.
Port Security - All persons doing business within Port Authority property must have security pass from SCPA. All persons wanting unescorted access to any vessel must have a valid TWIC.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...Strong low pressure just off the
mid-Atlantic coast will move ENE over the N waters today while
strengthening further. The powerful low and its trailing cold
front will move S of Nova Scotia and well out into the N Atlantic
tonight. From Wed into Thurs, while high pressure builds over
the S waters, the N and central waters will be in stronger NW
flow between the powerful low over the N Atlantic, and high
pressure to the S and inland. The high will finally push farther
offshore during the day Thurs. Another low pressure system will
move E just to the N of the area Fri, and its trailing cold front
will push E over much of the waters Thurs night and Fri, then
weakening and becoming nearly stationary over the far S waters
Fri night. Yet another low pressure system may impact the weather
over the waters Sat and Sat night, moving ENE from off of the
Carolina coast.
