24 Hours (minimum) - Foreign cargo must have manifest submitted to Customs & Border Patrol AMS. Bond must be filed for Foreign flag vessels or U.S. flag arriving with foreign cargo aboard. 24 Hours - advance notice to Pilots
24 Hours - advance fax of crew list and approved visitors required by Terminal.
72 Hours - post port call, the Port Authority requires bill of lading figures for all bulk cargo.
Port Security - All persons doing business within Port Authority property must have security pass from SCPA. All persons wanting unescorted access to any vessel must have a valid TWIC.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...Powerful low pressure located
about 300 nm E of Nova Scotia will continue to move NE away from
the waters and pass well out into the N Atlantic today through
Thu. High pressure will build over the S waters, the N and
central waters will be in a stronger NW flow between the powerful
low over the N Atlantic, and high pressure to the S and inland
today into Thu. The high will finally push farther offshore
during Thu. Another low pressure system will move E while passing
just to the N then NE of the area later Thu night and Fri, with
a trailing cold front pushing E over much of the waters Thu night
and Fri, then weakening and becoming nearly stationary over the
far S waters Fri night. Yet another low pressure system will
likely impact the waters Sat and Sat night, moving NE from off of
the Carolina coast. A trailing cold front will move E across the
area later Sat and Sat night. The front will stall just S and E
of the waters Sun into Sun night as weak high pressure builds
over the northern waters.
