Russian Sanctions
CBP will be enforcing sanctions on Russian oil, gas, and coal importations.   Any such products on Russian flagged vessels or with Russian origins will not be allowed to enter or be discharged in US ports.  See attachment for further information and possible exemptions.
 
Office News
The CT Port Authority announced that the Northeast Bulkhead (also known as the “delivery berth”) has been completed. As a result, the Port of New London is on track for the assembly and delivery of offshore wind turbines for the Ørsted and Eversource joint venture’s South Fork Wind project this spring.
 
The Department of Homeland Security has issued a new National Terrorism Advisory System (NTAS) bulletin.  Please see attached.
