.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
Strong northerly flow will continue until about noon, which is when winds are expected to drop below 20 knots.
Winds are expected to become weak to moderate this evening followed by winds veering back onshore by tomorrow and increasing to moderate levels ahead of the next cold front.
Moderate onshore flow at the start of Thursday night veers to become moderate offshore flow by Friday morning in the wake of a cold front.
Winds gradually shift back around to the southeast by the end of the weekend but will remain relatively light.
The next strong cold front arrives Monday evening with strong offshore flow developing with SCA conditions.
Gale conditions will be possible as well as we head into Monday night.
