.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS... 

Northwest winds can be expected today in the wake of a cold front.
Winds will continue to be moderate to strong across the offshore waters, and the Small Craft Advisory has been extended to Noon. 
A moderate northwest flow will develop in its wake this afternoon, before diminishing tonight. 
Showers and thunderstorms will continue to decrease from west to east this morning. 
Weak to moderate offshore flow will continue Saturday and Saturday night,
transitioning to onshore and increasing to moderate to strong Sunday night and strong Monday. 
A cold front will move across the waters Monday and result in very strong offshore flow. 
Gale conditions are possible Monday night and Tuesday. 
Isolated to strong showers and thunderstorms are expected Monday and Monday night. 
Generally moderate offshore flow is expected Tuesday night.
