Please find attached MSIB 03-24 UPDATE 2 as the US Coast Guard will extend the dredging operations in the Corpus Christi Ship Channel near the Avery Turning Basin form 26 January 2024 thru 8 February 2024 between the hours of 2100 and 0500.

Please find attached MSIB 06-24 informing the US Coast Guard of river rise restriction through the Colorado River Locks. The Colorado River Locks are currently CLOSED to all traffic with the East and West locks Operating floodgates.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS... 

Weak northeast to easterly flow can be expected today across the coastal waters. 
Winds will shift to onshore flow Wednesday night then increase to moderate levels Thursday night and Friday. 
Rain chances return over the weekend. Winds will shift to the northwest Saturday night behind a cold front, 
 then increase to moderate to strong levels for Sunday with potential Small Craft Advisory conditions.
