Please find attached MSIB 03-24 UPDATE 2 as the US Coast Guard will extend the dredging operations in the Corpus Christi Ship Channel near the Avery Turning Basin form 26 January 2024 thru 8 February 2024 between the hours of 2100 and 0500.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...

High pressure over the western Gulf of Mexico today will continue the weak onshore flow over the coastal waters and the bays over the today and tonight. 
A weak trough of low pressure will move through the waters early Wednesday morning, and produce a weak to moderate north flow that will back to the northeast by Wednesday afternoon.
The onshore flow will redevelop Wednesday night at light levels before increase to light to moderate by Friday. 
A cold front push through the waters on Saturday with a northwesterly flow developing behind it. 
Flow increases to moderate to strong levels by Saturday night into Sunday. 
Showers and a few thunderstorms will be possible with the cold front Friday night into Saturday.
