.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
Winds are expected to remain weak and variable through today as high pressure remains over the northwest Gulf waters into the afternoon.
However, the high will shift to the north, and produce weak to moderate onshore flow by this evening and will continue into Thursday.
Onshore flow increases to strong levels Friday afternoon and night before shifting to offshore behind a cold front Saturday.
Offshore flow becomes strong to very strong on Sunday and Monday with gusts to gale force possible.
Conditions are expected to begin improving late Monday evening as high pressure builds into the northwest Gulf of Mexico.
