.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
Winds will continue to weaken this morning, becoming light and variable this afternoon.
The light winds under 10 knots are expected to continue tonight and shift to the southeast.
Winds will increase once again tomorrow into the 15-20 knot range.
Winds will briefly increase to moderate to strong levels Wednesday night,
with Small Craft Advisory conditions possible mainly offshore.
Weak to moderate onshore flow returns Thursday and continues through Saturday night.
Isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms will be possible over the weekend across the coastal waters.
