Please find attached MSIB 03-24 UPDATE 2 as the US Coast Guard will extend the dredging operations in the Corpus Christi Ship Channel near the Avery Turning Basin form 26 January 2024 thru 13 February 2024 between the hours of 2100 and 0500.

Please find attached MSIB 09-24 as hte U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has informed the U.S. Coast Guard of restriction on all eastbound traffic through the East Colorado River lock due to an obstruction in the East Lock Canal Side Sector gate.

Please find attached MSIB xx-24 as the Captain of the Port will establish a moving safety zone 500 yards around the SAIPAM JSM rig in the La Quinta Ship Channel and Corpus Christi Ship Channel as it is transported from Kiewit Offshore Services to the sea buoy on 
12 February 2024 from 0700 to 1900.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest 1/3 of the waves...along with occasional height of the average highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...

A weak to moderate south to southeasterly flow early this morning will increase to moderate to strong levels today and tonight.

Small Craft Advisory conditions are expected across the bays south of Port Aransas from noon through 6 PM today, and offshore past 6 PM this evening. 

Conditions will improve by Thursday morning with both winds and seas subsiding below advisory levels. 

Isolated showers will be possible on Thursday in response to a passing disturbance. 

Weak to moderate onshore flow will continue as we head into the weekend. Winds will turn offshore Sunday evening as a cold front move offshore. 

Offshore flow will increase to moderate to strong levels Monday morning. 

A weak to moderate offshore flow will then continue through the middle of the week.

Isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms will be possible over the weekend across the coastal waters.
