Please find attached MSIB 03-24 UPDATE 4 as the US Coast Guard will extend the dredging operations in the Corpus Christi Ship Channel near the Avery Turning Basin form 26 January 2024 thru 15 February 2024 between the hours of 2100 and 0500.

Please find attached MSIB 11-24 as a fireworks display will be taking place on the waters of Laguna Madre in South Padre Island near Louie's Backyard on 14 February 2024. A safety zone will be in effect from 1800 to 0100.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...

Dry conditions are expected today and Tuesday. 

A surge of surface high pressure will contribute to strong offshore flow this morning. 

Conditions will improve from west to east this afternoon and evening. 

Weak to moderate north wind expected tonight, followed by weak onshore flow Tuesday. 

Weak northeast winds Tuesday morning will shift to the southeast Tuesday afternoon and increase to weak to moderate levels. 

Rain chances return late this week with scattered to numerous expected to develop Thursday into Friday. 

Strong offshore winds will develop behind a cold front on Saturday.
