Please find attached MSIB 03-24 UPDATE 4 as the US Coast Guard will extend the dredging operations in the Corpus Christi Ship Channel near the Avery Turning Basin form 26 January 2024 thru 15 February 2024 between the hours of 2100 and 0500.

Please find attached MSIB 11-24 as a fireworks display will be taking place on the waters of Laguna Madre in South Padre Island near Louie's Backyard on 14 February 2024. A safety zone will be in effect from 1800 to 0100.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...

Weak onshore flow expected today, and weak to moderate onshore flow tonight and Wednesday, 

as surface high pressure move eastward across the western and central Gulf of Mexico. 

Dry conditions today, followed by increasing moisture tonight and Wednesday. 

Rain chances return late this week with scattered to numerous showers expected to develop Thursday into Friday. 

Strong offshore winds will develop behind a cold front on Saturday.
