Please find attached MSIB 03-24 UPDATE 5 as the US Coast Guard will extend the dredging operations in the Corpus Christi Ship Channel near the Avery Turning Basin form 26 January 2024 thru 17 February 2024 between the hours of 2100 and 0500.

Please find attached MSIB 11-24 as a fireworks display will be taking place on the waters of Laguna Madre in South Padre Island near Louie's Backyard on 14 February 2024. A safety zone will be in effect from 1800 to 0100.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...

Generally weak to moderate onshore flow today through Thursday.

Isolated to scattered showers Thursday afternoon over much of South Texas. 

Scattered to numerous showers are expected to develop Thursday night through Saturday as a Pacific storm moves across the region. 

A cold front will move off the coast Friday night with a strong offshore flow developing in its wake. 

Wind gusts to Gale force will be possible Friday Night and Saturday.

Onshore winds resume on Sunday night.
