Please see attached MSIB 90-24 The Coast Guard is advising all mariners to exercise caution and remain within the skin of the ship while transiting under the Corpus Christi New Harbor Bridge due to fall hazards created during construction.
It is recommended practice until further notice to ensure safety of vessel and crew during transit.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
A Marine Weather Statement is in effect through early this afternoon for reduced visibilities generally 1 to 4 nautical miles, occasionally below 1 mile in a few locations.
A southerly light to gentle breeze (BF-2-3) today will become Fresh to Strong (BF-5-6) overnight tonight.
Small Craft Advisory conditions expected to develop around midnight tonight and persist.
Fresh to strong (BF-5/6) south to southeast flow is expected Wednesday through Friday night which can lead to periods of Small Craft Advisory conditions. Winds will weaken to moderate levels (BF- 4)
Saturday with the approach and passage of our next cold front before strengthening back to fresh to strong Sunday and Monday with winds out of the north in the wake of the front.
Low to medium (20- 40%) rain chances are anticipated this weekend with the passage of the cold front.
