Please see attached MSIB 90-24 The Coast Guard is advising all mariners to exercise caution and remain within the skin of the ship while transiting under the Corpus Christi New Harbor Bridge due to fall hazards created during construction.
It is recommended practice until further notice to ensure safety of vessel and crew during transit.

Please find attached MSIB 24-25 due to recent surveys conducted by the U.S. Coast Guard and Army Corps of Engineers, the U.S. Coast Guard Captain of the Port (COTP) has deemed the Arroyo Colorado River unsafe for navigation by all mariners and its closing the waterway.
No vessel may enter, transit, or remain within the Arroyo Colorado River until such time as water level recedes, current speed reduces, critical aids to navigation are corrected and the COTP deems in safe.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
 
Fresh to strong (BF-5/6) southerly flow is expected ahead of our next cold front on Saturday.
 
Winds will weaken to more moderate levels (BF-4) Saturday as the front approaches and sweeps across the area.
 
Strong to near gale (BF-6/7) northerly winds will develop Saturday night in the wake of the front and continue through Sunday morning.
 
Winds will gradually decrease Sunday afternoon before becoming fresh (BF-5) Sunday night through Monday before decreasing to gentle to moderate (BF-3/4) levels Monday night.
 
Low to medium (20-60%) rain chances will linger Saturday night across the Gulf waters before quickly decreasing to near zero by Sunday morning.
 
Dry conditions will continue Sunday through next week.
