Please see attached MSIB 90-24 The Coast Guard is advising all mariners to exercise caution and remain within the skin of the ship while transiting under the Corpus Christi New Harbor Bridge due to fall hazards created during construction.

It is recommended practice until further notice to ensure safety of vessel and crew during transit.

Please find attached MSIB 24-25 due to recent surveys conducted by the U.S. Coast Guard and Army Corps of Engineers, the U.S. Coast Guard Captain of the Port (COTP) has deemed the Arroyo Colorado River unsafe for navigation by all mariners and its closing the waterway.

No vessel may enter, transit, or remain within the Arroyo Colorado River until such time as water level recedes, current speed reduces, critical aids to navigation are corrected and the COTP deems in safe.

Please find attached MSIB 26-25 UPDATE 1 The Captain of the Port is establishing a safety zone in the Matagorda Ship Channel. Texas Eastern Transmission Pipeline has informed the U.S. Coast Guard that they will be performing pipeline repair work from 1 MAY to 6 JUNE each day 1900 to 0700.

A south to southeasterly fresh to strong breeze (BF 5-6) and seas 6 to 8 feet will keep a Small Craft Advisory in effect through this evening.

Later tonight, winds weaken to a generally fresh breeze (BF 5), becoming moderate (BF 4) on Friday.

A moderate to fresh (BF 4-5) onshore flow with 4-5 ft seas will persist through this weekend, increasing to fresh to strong (BF 5-6) overnight on

Monday and Tuesday in the bays and nearshore waters with seas increasing to 5-6 ft.
