Please see attached MSIB 90-24 The Coast Guard is advising all mariners to exercise caution and remain within the skin of the ship while transiting under the Corpus Christi New Harbor Bridge due to fall hazards created during construction.
It is recommended practice until further notice to ensure safety of vessel and crew during transit.

Please find attached MSIB 26-25 UPDATE 1 The Captain of the Port is establishing a safety zone in the Matagorda Ship Channel. Texas Eastern Transmission Pipeline has informed the U.S. Coast Guard that they will be performing pipeline repair work from 1 MAY to 6 JUNE each day 1900 to 0700.

Fresh south-southeasterly winds (BF 5) will continue through sunrise before briefly relaxing to moderate to fresh strength, andseas increasing to 5-7 ft.
 
Tonight, southeasterly winds increase back to fresh strength with seas decreasing to 5-6 ft.
 
A gentle east to southeasterly breeze (BF 3) will persist Tuesday night through Thursday due to a nearly stationary front across South Texas.
 
A moderate onshore breeze (BF 4) will dominate Thursday night through this weekend.
 
There is a low chance for showers and thunderstorms beginning Thursday and continuing through the weekend.
