Please see attached MSIB 90-24 The Coast Guard is advising all mariners to exercise caution and remain within the skin of the ship while transiting under the Corpus Christi New Harbor Bridge due to fall hazards created during construction.
It is recommended practice until further notice to ensure safety of vessel and crew during transit.

Please find attached MSIB 26-25 UPDATE 1 The Captain of the Port is establishing a safety zone in the Matagorda Ship Channel. Texas Eastern Transmission Pipeline has informed the U.S. Coast Guard that they will be performing pipeline repair work from 1 MAY to 6 JUNE each day 1900 to 0700.

A strong east-northeasterly breeze (BF 6) continues this morning into the afternoon hours.
 
A Small Craft Advisory is now in effect until 1 PM this afternoon as winds remain around 20 knots with seas 5-6 feet.
 
There is a low (20-30%) chance of showers and thunderstorms for the rest of today.
 
Expect moderate flow (BF 3-4) this afternoon into Wednesday.
 
There's a low chance (20-35%) for showers and thunderstorms across the waters this afternoon and tonight.
 
Expect gentle to moderate flow (BF 3-4) through Thursday, then becoming mainly weak for the weekend.
 
There is a low chance for daily showers and thunderstorms (generally less than 30%), but up to around 45% Wednesday across the waters.
