Please see attached MSIB 90-24 The Coast Guard is advising all mariners to exercise caution and remain within the skin of the ship while transiting under the Corpus Christi New Harbor Bridge due to fall hazards created during construction.
It is recommended practice until further notice to ensure safety of vessel and crew during transit.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
An outflow boundary this morning is bringing winds up to 35 kts along the bays and inland waterways.
This will continue to push offshore by early afternoon. Light to gentle (BF 2-3) onshore flow is expected across the local waters today through Saturday.
Rain chances today will be low (less than 20%) and are expected to increase tonight (20-25% chance) with the best chances being Saturday (30-40% chance).
A gentle to moderate (BF 3-4) onshore breeze can be expected Sunday, then will increase to predominately moderate levels (BF 4)
by Monday and will continue through the middle of next week. Low rain chances will exist every day from today through next week.
