Please see attached MSIB 90-24 The Coast Guard is advising all mariners to exercise caution and remain within the skin of the ship while transiting under the Corpus Christi New Harbor Bridge due to fall hazards created during construction.
It is recommended practice until further notice to ensure safety of vessel and crew during transit.

Please find attached MSIB 26-25 UPDATE 1 The Captain of the Port is establishing a safety zone in the Matagorda Ship Channel. Texas Eastern Transmission Pipeline has informed the U.S. Coast Guard that they will be performing pipeline repair work from 1 MAY to 6 JUNE each day 1900 to 0700.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
A moderate (BF 4) onshore breeze can be expected through the weekend and into next week.
There is a 20-30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms across the offshore waters Friday, then rain chances diminish through the weekend.
A plume of Saharan dust is expected this weekend which will result in hazy skies. Rain chances return Monday night and increase through mid-week.
