Please see attached MSIB 90-24 The Coast Guard is advising all mariners to exercise caution and remain within the skin of the ship while transiting under the Corpus Christi New Harbor Bridge due to fall hazards created during construction.
It is recommended practice until further notice to ensure safety of vessel and crew during transit.

Please find attached MSIB 60-25 as the U.S. Coast Guard has been informed that the Victoria Barge Canal Railroad Lift Bridge in vicinity of mile marker 29 is inoperable and in the down position as a result of a lightning strike from a recent thunderstorm affecting electrical equipment.
Emergency maintenance is being performed with an estimated time of repair 3-4 days.

A moderate to strong southeasterly wind will develop along in the nearshore waters and bays between Port Aransas and Baffin Bay tomorrow.
 
A small craft advisory will be in effect. Through the  weekend and into next week, mainly moderate onshore flow is  expected.
