Please see attached MSIB 90-24 The Coast Guard is advising all mariners to exercise caution and remain within the skin of the ship while transiting under the Corpus Christi New Harbor Bridge due to fall hazards created during construction.
It is recommended practice until further notice to ensure safety of vessel and crew during transit.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
Mainly gentle to moderate (BF 3-4) south to southeast winds with gusts to fresh (BF 5) levels will persist over the waters through much of the upcoming weekend and into next week.
Occasionally higher gusts around 25 knots will be possible from Port Aransas southward to Baffin Bay each afternoon. Rain chances are low through the period.
