Please see attached MSIB 90-24 The Coast Guard is advising all mariners to exercise caution and remain within the skin of the ship while transiting under the Corpus Christi New Harbor Bridge due to fall hazards created during construction.
It is recommended practice until further notice to ensure safety of vessel and crew during transit.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
 
A gentle (BF 3) southeast breeze will continue through Thursday night with near 3 ft seas for most of the waters, with a moderate breeze (BF 4) and slightly choppy conditions for the southern bays.
 
A tropical disturbance will move into the western Gulf Friday through Saturday resulting in increased chances for showers and thunderstorms (50-70%) resulting in brief gusty conditions with 3-4 ft seas.
 
By the upcoming week, winds will continue to be gentle to moderate.
