.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
 
A light to gentle (BF 2-3) southeasterly breeze with 1-2 ft seas will persist through Wednesday.
 
By Wednesday night, winds will pick up to mostly moderate (BF 4) strength, with seas increasing to 2-3 ft persisting through the remainder of the week.
 
A disturbance is expected to track towards the area heading into this weekend leading to increased rain chances (30-50%) Friday and Saturday.
