Please see attached MSIB 90-24 The Coast Guard is advising all mariners to exercise caution and remain within the skin of the ship while transiting under the Corpus Christi New Harbor Bridge due to fall hazards created during construction.
It is recommended practice until further notice to ensure safety of vessel and crew during transit.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
 
Expect moderate to strong (BF 5-6) SE winds across the western Gulf through tonight.
 
A tropical disturbance is expected to approach the region before moving inland late tonight along portions northwestern Mexico and southern Texas.
 
This will result in scattered to widespread showers and thunderstorms (50-80% chance) through this evening.
 
Seas will increase to 2-4 ft (as high as 5 ft) through Saturday.
 
From Saturday afternoon, expect seas to return to near 3 ft and dropping to near 2 ft from Sunday.
 
Low rain chances return Monday(20-30% chance) with 1-2 ft.
