Please see attached MSIB 90-24 The Coast Guard is advising all mariners to exercise caution and remain within the skin of the ship while transiting under the Corpus Christi New Harbor Bridge due to fall hazards created during construction.
It is recommended practice until further notice to ensure safety of vessel and crew during transit.

Please find attached MSIB 78 – 25 AS SPACEX has informed the U.S. Coast Guard of scheduled commercial spaceflight activities at their facility located south of Brownsville, Tx, near Boca Chica Beach on 24 August 2025 between the hours of 1700 and 2100.

Please see attached MSIB 79-25 as the Captain of the Port is establishing a safety zone in the near shore region of the Hazard Area in the Gulf of Mexico extending to 12NM line and all navigable waters of South Bay on 24 August 2025 from 1700 – 2100.
The safety zone is needed to protect personnel, vessels, and the marine environment from potential hazards associated with the rocket launching activities that may include free falling debris and/or descending rockets or rocket components.
