Please see attached MSIB 90-24 The Coast Guard is advising all mariners to exercise caution and remain within the skin of the ship while transiting under the Corpus Christi New Harbor Bridge due to fall hazards created during construction.
It is recommended practice until further notice to ensure safety of vessel and crew during transit.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
A gentle to moderate south to southeasterly breeze (BF 3-4) is expected through Saturday before backing more easterly into early next week.
Rain chances will quickly increase Friday night into Saturday and generally running in the 50 to 80% range each day through Tuesday.
Heavy rain, frequent lightning and gusty winds can be expected in and around stronger thunderstorms.
