Please see attached MSIB 90-24 The Coast Guard is advising all mariners to exercise caution and remain within the skin of the ship while transiting under the Corpus Christi New Harbor Bridge due to fall hazards created during construction.
It is recommended practice until further notice to ensure safety of vessel and crew during transit.

Please find attached MSIB 76-25 as the Port of Harlingen noticed the Coast Guard that construction has begun on their main dock in the turning basin, work commenced 4 August 2025 and will continue through 25 April 2026.
Monday – Saturday 0700 to 1730.

Please find attached MSIB XX-25 The Captain of the Port is establishing a worksite in the Corpus Christi Ship Channel, Inner Harbor. Callan Marine has informed the U.S. Coast Guard that they will be installing submerged pipeline in the Inner Harbor, on September 27, 2025, from 1000 to 1400.
