Please find attached MSIB 91-25 as the Captain of the Port is establishing a worksite in the Corpus Christi Ship Channel, Inner Harbor. Callan Marine has informed the U.S Coast Guard that they will be removing submerged pipeline in the Inner Harbor on 23 October 2025 from 0900 to 1500.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
 
Gentle to moderate (BF 3-4) east-northeasterly winds today will shift southeasterly on Thursday and then strengthen to fresh to strong (BF 5-6) Friday into Saturday ahead of an approaching storm system.
 
Small Craft Advisory conditions may be needed for the Gulf waters on Saturday due to breezy southeasterly winds and seas increasing to 5 to 7 feet.
 
Medium rain chances in the 25-50%range can be expected today, with the highest rain chances of theperiod (65-85%) expected on Saturday.
