Please find attached MSIB UPDATE 1 91-25 as the Captain of the Port is establishing a worksite in the Corpus Christi Ship Channel, Inner Harbor. Callan Marine has informed the U.S Coast Guard that they will be removing submerged pipeline in the Inner Harbor on 24 October 2025 from 0900 to 1500.

A gentle southeasterly breeze today will increase in speed and become moderate to fresh on Friday.
 
Fresh to strong southeasterly winds will prevail on Saturday before relaxing on Sunday.
 
Small Craft Advisories may be needed for the Gulf waters on Saturday due to the breezy southeasterly winds and seas increasing to 5 to 7 feet.
 
Medium rain chances in the 20-40% range can be expected Friday with the highest rain chances of the period (65-85%) expected on Saturday.
