Callan Marine has informed the U.S Coast Guard that they will be removing submerged pipeline in the Inner Harbor on 27 October 2025 from 0900 to 1500.

A light to moderate (BF 2-4) east to southeast breeze will persist today through Monday.
Winds will increase to moderate to fresh (BF 4-5) ahead of a frontal boundary.
Winds behind the front are expected to shift to the north and northwest and increase to a fresh to a strong breeze (BF 5-6)
Tuesday night through Wednesday night.
A Small Craft Advisory will likely be necessary, and Gale conditions are possible.
By Thursday, winds begin to diminish to a more moderate to fresh (BF 4-5) breeze.
