Please find attached MSIB 93-25 as the Captain of the Port is establishing a worksite in the Corpus Christi Ship Channel, Inner Harbor.
Callan Marine has informed the U.S Coast Guard that they will be removing submerged pipeline in the Inner Harbor on 27 October 2025 from 0900 to 1500.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
 
Light to moderate (BF 2-4) onshore flow will persist through much of the day today before strengthening on Tuesday to moderate to fresh (BF 4-5) ahead of a frontal boundary.
 
Behind the front, winds are expected to shift to the north-northwest and increase to a fresh to a strong breeze (BF 5-6) Tuesday night through Wednesday night, potentially approaching near-gale force.
 
A Small Craft Advisory will likely be needed during this period, and Gale headlines may become necessary depending on the evolution of conditions.
 
By Thursday, winds begin to diminish to a more moderate to fresh (BF 4-5) breeze and eventually to a gentle (BF 3) breeze by the weekend.
