Please find attached MSIB 92-25 Update 3 as the Captain of the Port is lifting the temporary safety zone at the entrance of Corpus Christi Inner Harbor on 29 October 2025 from 0630 thru 1159.
Beginning on October 30, 2025 at 1200, the 500 yar safety zone at the entrance of the Corpus Christi Inner Harbor will resume thru project completion.

Near Gale conditions (BF 7) are expected to continue into tomorrow morning weakening into a strong breeze (BF 6) tomorrow evening and a fresh breeze (BF 5) Thursday morning.
 
Winds will continue to weaken to a gentle to moderate breeze by Thursday night. Dry conditions are expected through the end of the work week with medium chances (35-50%) for rain Saturday night.
