Please find attached MSIB 97-25 as the Captain of the Port is establishing a worksite in the Corpus Christi Ship Channel, Inner Harbor.
Callan Marine has informed the U.S. Coast Guard that they will be installing submerged pipeline in the Inner harbor, 10 November 2025 from 0900 to 1500.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
 
A Small Craft Advisory over the bays remains in effect through 3 PM today and through 6 PM for the open waters for winds of 15-25 knots and gusts nearing 30 knots.
 
Conditions are expected to improve by this evening, with winds below 20 knots and seas subsiding below 7 feet.
 
Gentle to moderate (BF 3-4) onshore flow returns Tuesday, strengthening to a south to southeasterly fresh to strong breeze (BF 5-6) Tuesday night through Wednesday night.
 
Moderate to fresh breeze will follow to close out the work week.
