.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
 
A Small Craft Advisory remains in effect through noon for the coastal waters out to 60NM.
 
Winds across the bays have decreased below advisory levels.
 
Therefore, the Advisory for the bays has been cancelled.
 
A fresh to strong (BF 5-6) northerly flow across the coastal waters will decrease to a moderate to fresh (BF 4-5) breeze this afternoon, and then a gentle breeze tonight.
 
Northerly winds will gradually shift southeast to south by Tuesday becoming gentle to moderate once again.
 
Another cold front is expected by the end of the week along with a 20-30% chance of showers and thunderstorms.
