Kindly note, starting December 9, 2025 U.S. Coast Guard will require a new workbook (version 8.0) for all email submissions, NOAD web service submissions, and eNOAD imports.
After this date no previous versions will be accepted, even for updates and departures if you used older versions for the arrival. The new workbook version 8.0 is attached and will be accepted starting December 9, 2025.
Please save the workbook and start using it on that date. DO NOT USE BEFORE DECEMBER 9th, 2025.

Please find attached MSIB 108-25 as the Captain of the Port is establishing a worksite in the Corpus Christi Ship Channel, Inner Harbor for an installation of pipeline in the Inner Harbor on 15 DEC and 16 DEC from 0700 to 1700 each day.

A fresh to strong (BF 5-6) northeast breeze will continue through Monday morning before relaxing to a gentle to moderate (BF 3-4) breeze Monday night.
 
Dry conditions can be expected through Tuesday afternoon before medium rain chances (40-60%) return Tuesday night into Wednesday across the Gulf waters.
