Kindly note, starting December 9, 2025 U.S. Coast Guard will require a new workbook (version 8.0) for all email submissions, NOAD web service submissions, and eNOAD imports.
After this date no previous versions will be accepted, even for updates and departures if you used older versions for the arrival. The new workbook version 8.0 is attached and will be accepted starting December 9, 2025.
Please save the workbook and start using it on that date. DO NOT USE BEFORE DECEMBER 9th, 2025.

Please find attached MSIB 108-25 as the Captain of the Port is establishing a worksite in the Corpus Christi Ship Channel, Inner Harbor for an installation of pipeline in the Inner Harbor on 15 DEC and 16 DEC from 0700 to 1700 each day.

MSIB 109-25 The Captain of the Port is establishing a 1500-yard Safey zone extending outward at the entrance of the Aransas Pass/Corpus Christi Ship Channel.
Due to search and rescue efforts no vessels should transit through the safety zone without coordinating with the U.S. Coast Guard.

Rain chances return Tuesday night into Wednesday due to an inverted trough with medium to high chances (40-80%) for rain.
 
Winds could shift to the northeast and strengthen to a fresh to strong breeze if the late week cold front clears the region.
