Kindly note, starting December 9, 2025 U.S. Coast Guard will require a new workbook (version 8.0) for all email submissions, NOAD web service submissions, and eNOAD imports.
After this date no previous versions will be accepted, even for updates and departures if you used older versions for the arrival. The new workbook version 8.0 is attached and will be accepted starting December 9, 2025.
Please save the workbook and start using it on that date. DO NOT USE BEFORE DECEMBER 9th, 2025.

MSIB 110-25 The Captain of the Port is establishing a safety zone in the La Quinta Channel. Callan Marine has informed the U.S. coast Guard that they will b e performing pipeline removal operations near the entrance 18 DECEMBER 0900 to 1500.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
 
Expect gentle to moderate onshore flow with 2-3 ft seas through Thursday afternoon.
 
Thursday night a cold front move through with winds increasing to mostly fresh (BF 5) and seas increasing to 4-6 ft.
 
Conditions start improving late Friday morning and surface winds return to a gentle to moderate (BF 3-4) southeasterly flow by
 
Saturday morning. Seas generally will stay around 2-3 ft through Sunday.
 
Showers and thunderstorms will be prevalent today and ending by Thursday morning.
