After this date no previous versions will be accepted, even for updates and departures if you used older versions for the arrival. The new workbook version 8.0 is attached and will be accepted starting December 9, 2025.
Please save the workbook and start using it on that date. DO NOT USE BEFORE DECEMBER 9th, 2025.

MSIB 110-25 The Captain of the Port is establishing a safety zone in the La Quinta Channel. Callan Marine has informed the U.S. coast Guard that they will b e performing pipeline removal operations near the entrance 18 DECEMBER 0900 to 1500.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
Gentle to moderate (BF 3-4) surface winds today will switch from southwesterly to northeasterly winds with a cold front passage.
Winds behind the front will increase to 20-25 kts between midnight to 6am Friday (seas increasing to 4-5 ft) with conditions decreasing through the remainder of Friday.
Gentle to moderate onshore flow returns by Saturday morning with 2-3 ft seas through the end of the forecast period.
