Please find attached MSIB 112-25 as the National Weather Service has forecasted heavy fog throughout the remainder of the week in the South Texas area expected to reduce visibility to 1 NM or less.
The coast Guard urges mariners to practice extreme caution when transiting under these conditions, use proper fog signals and remember to use radar and compass.
Please see attached for more information.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...

A generally gentle to moderate (BF 3-4) onshore flow will persist across the coastal waters through late in the week.

A cold front Sunday morning will result in winds being more out of the northeast at a strong to near-gale strength (BF 6-7) with seas increasing to 5-7 ft by Monday morning.
