Strong northerly winds will continue in open waters through Saturday morning with rough seas.
 
Winds will subside later in the weekend, shifting around to the southeast by Sunday evening.
 
Wind speeds will increase again Monday night into Tuesday to moderate of strong levels.
 
There is a low chance for showers Tuesday and Wednesday.
