.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
Fresh north-northeasterly winds will decrease fairly rapidly this morning becoming light to gentle by this afternoon.
Southwesterly winds will briefly strengthen to moderate levels on Friday before decreasing back to the light range on Saturday.
Seas will also quickly decrease from 4 to 6 ft to 3 ft or less by this afternoon.
