Please find attached MSIB 10-26 as The Captain of the Port is establishing a worksite in the Corpus Christi Ship Channel Inner Harbor as Coast Guard will be conducting dredge operations in the Inner Harbor from February 18 to April 20 from 1900 to 0500.
“No vessels should transit through the work area”

Please find attached MSIB 12-26 as The Captain of the Port is establishing a security zone in the Corpus Christi Ship Channel’s Inner Harbor as The Coast Guard has been informed that “high-profile government officials” will be visiting on February 27, 2026
So a security zone extending from Inner Harbor entrance to Avery Point Turning Basin from 1200 to 1800 on 27 February 2026.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
 
Patchy to areas of fog can be expected across the bays and nearshore waters through Friday morning.
 
Visibilities will generally be above 2 miles, but a few locations could drop to less than 1 mile at times.
 
A light to gentle (BF 2-3) breeze Friday morning will shift to the east and southeast through Friday afternoon.
 
Seas will continue to subside as well.
 
A moderate (BF 4) southeast breeze will develop through Saturday and continue into early next week.
 
Rain chances will be low (5-20%) through early next week.
