ISLAND DE AND FOR DELAWARE BAY...
High pressure builds south of our region tonight then extends into
our area Thursday into Friday. Another strong low pressure system
will affect the area late Friday into Saturday. High pressure
briefly returns for Sunday, then another storm system approaches
