* WHAT...South to southeast winds 30 to 40 kt with gusts up to 50
  kt and seas 8 to 13 ft expected.
 
* WHERE...Coastal waters from Great Egg Inlet to Cape May NJ out
  20 nm, Coastal waters from Cape May NJ to Cape Henlopen DE out
  20 nm and Coastal waters from Cape Henlopen to Fenwick Island
  DE out 20 nm.
 
* WHEN...From 6 PM this evening to 6 AM EST Saturday.
 
* IMPACTS...Very strong winds will cause hazardous seas which
  could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
 
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...South to southeast winds will increase this
  evening. There will be a lull in the winds early Saturday
  morning before winds increase again from the west to southwest
  by late morning with gale force gusts of 35 to 40 kt.
 
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Another strong low pressure system will affect the area later today
into Saturday. High pressure will then briefly return for Saturday
night into Monday. Coastal low pressure may impact the region
starting Monday night lasting through Tuesday night. High pressure
builds in thereafter for the middle of the week.

E winds 10 to 15 kt with gusts up to 20 kt,
increasing to 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt late. Seas 2 to
3 ft. SE swell 2 to 3 ft at 7 seconds. A slight chance of rain
late.

SE winds 25 to 35 kt, becoming S 30 to 40 kt with
gusts up to 50 kt after midnight. Seas 5 to 8 ft, building to
8 to 13 ft after midnight. Rain. Vsby 1 to 3 NM.
 
SAT
W winds 25 to 30 kt with gusts up to 40 kt. Seas 8 to
11 ft, subsiding to 6 to 9 ft in the afternoon. S swell 6 to
11 ft at 8 seconds. A chance of rain in the morning.

midnight. Gusts up to 35 kt. Seas 5 to 8 ft, subsiding to 4 to
