ISLAND DE AND FOR DELAWARE BAY...
An area of low pressure track from off the NJ coast to the Gulf
of Maine later today, with wintry precipitation gradually
lifting out. Arctic high pressure builds in tonight into
midweek. Another coastal low pressure system may impact the
region from Thursday night into Friday. Cold high pressure then
builds back in for next weekend.

30 kt late. Seas 2 to 4 ft. E swell 2 to 3 ft at 5 seconds,
becoming N 2 to 5 ft at 5 seconds this afternoon. A chance of
rain early this morning, then rain likely late this morning and
early afternoon. A chance of rain and snow late with vsby 1 to
