capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

Broad high pressure over the Eastern United States will slide
offshore through Thursday. Low pressure will affect the area
late Thursday night through Friday. High pressure builds back in
for the weekend and start of the new week. Low pressure may
affect the area by the middle of next week.
