ISLAND DE AND FOR DELAWARE BAY...
Low pressure will deepen off the North Carolina coast today and
pass east of our region tonight. Strong high pressure build in
for the weekend and then moves offshore Monday. A front and a
few weak low pressure areas arrive for the midweek period.

NE winds around 5 kt, increasing to 5 to 10 kt late this
morning, then becoming N early this afternoon, increasing to
15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt late. Seas around 2 ft. SE
swell around 2 ft at 8 seconds, becoming SW at 8 seconds this
afternoon. Rain or snow. Vsby 1 to 3 NM, decreasing to 1 NM or
less late this morning and afternoon.
 
TONIGHT
NW winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 30 kt. Seas 3 to
